Swarovski Jewellery
For the movie Burlesque, costume designer Michael Kaplan worked with Swarovski to design some of the fabulous pieces worn by Cristina Aguilera.

Apparently there are more than two hundred and fifty thousand Swarovski crystals in the film. They come in more than 15 colours and are used to adorn the costumes as well as in the very special crystal curtains. I wonder how much that cost?

The jewellery is surprisingly good value. I’m going to research putting some that are particularly suitable for the burlesque look on this site so watch this space! This type of necklace would be perfect with a cabaret or ringmaster look for example.
